They are constructed of high-quality spring steel and powder coated to prevent corrosion and road damage. TRD Sway Bars work with either a stock suspension or a lowered vehicle. Most are solid spring steel; bars for the Supra and Matrix are tubular, for decreased weight without sacrificing strength and urability. Most bars include stiffer polyurethane bushings; they are firm and durable, but must be pre-greased with non-lithium, non water-based chassis lube to reduce noise. |
